DCI Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited space available on any of our boats, notification of your intent to cancel a reservation is required 72 hours in advance for a full refund when the reservation is for a diving party of 3 or less. An additional 24 hours is required for each additional member of a party of more than 3 divers.

(Full Fare Tickets will be refunded by means paid for next business day except Checks a 10 day bank clearance is necessary.)

Advance Discount Tickets holder can only reschedule the dive trip, no refunds allowed. Advance Discount Tickets subject to Authenticity and review of Purchase receipe because some tickets have been stolen. 1. Date Purchased.... 2. Location/Dive Shop.... 3. Type of Payment... Stolen tickets will be confiscated.

If in the event a trip is canceled due to low diver request for location or conditions beyond our control, ie weather, you will either receive a phone call, or be sent a cancellation email message from our reservation system, or both. Please be sure to provide a valid email address as well as a local or cell phone number so that you can be reached.
